Free initial consultation to suit you to discuss your ideas including your wedding date.
Venue search and gathering of all brochures / information for us to look through and discuss.
Supplier search including florist, cars, cake supplier, photographer, videographer, invitation supplier etc.
Organise all meetings with suppliers and attend with you to ensure that all options are covered.
Liaise with all of your suppliers on the run up to the wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Reserve any hotel rooms for any travelling guests.
Source and book honeymoon, if required.
Keep a record of your budget at all times.
Arrange for all deposits to be paid on time.
Give you, your immediate wedding party and suppliers a time plan so that everything runs accordingly.

After our initial consultation, we will give you a full price for our co-ordination service. There will be no hidden charges so you will know exactly what you are paying for. At the time of booking, a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
